Prints are sent Royal Mail special delivery.

We currently ship via DHL Express Worldwide, DPD International and occasionally Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

DELIVERY TIMES
All our items a part from prints are sent Royal Mail second class. It will take 3-4 working days for delivery from when the order is processed.
Only Prints are sent special delivery which is next day from the date the order is processed.
If you’re purchasing a gift and need delivery by a specific date please contact us first.
CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE
We now offer a Click & Collect service from our studio in Oakham
We will be available from Mondays – Thursdays, 11am – 3pm (excluding bank holidays) for you you to collect your order.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 28 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage.
In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact harding11@btinternet.com.
We will replace any items which have arrived in a damaged condition.

We recommend using recorded delivery to return items and please remember to include a copy of your receipt along with your contact details.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item and whether we are able to approve your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
