Unless otherwise stated, we ship all prints to UK mainland addresses with the Royal Mail which will require a signature on delivery.

Unless otherwise stated, we ship all prints via Royal Mail International Signed For.

DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to ship orders within 3/4 days of receipt.
Unless otherwise stated, for UK addresses, smaller items are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery (which will arrive the day after shipping). Larger items are generally sent by ParcelForce using their 48 hours service.
If you’re purchasing a gift and need delivery by a specific date please contact us first.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 28 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and packaged carefully for return postage.
In the event that your product arrives damaged please contact harding11@btinternet.com.
We will replace any items which have arrived in a damaged condition.

We recommend using recorded delivery to return items and please remember to include a copy of your receipt along with your contact details.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received, we will contact you to let you know that we have received your returned item and whether we are able to approve your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
